At Journa Health, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any Journa Health product purchased through our site (“Product”), you may request a refund of your first order of the Product within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the Product less shipping, VAT, and duties—no questions asked. Except with respect to any Product that arrives to you damaged or defective, refunds may apply only to your first order of the applicable Product, not any subsequent shipments/orders of such Product. For all subsequent shipments/orders, you may reschedule delivery or cancel your subscription at any time either through your Journa Health account or by emailing us at info@journahealth.com, subject to the terms of the applicable subscription and our Terms of Service posted on our website.
You may initiate an eligible refund by emailing us at info@journahealth.com. In your refund request, please confirm or provide (i) the applicable order number, (ii) the item for which you are requesting a refund, (iii) a description of the damage, defect or other issue with the Product if the refund is being requested due to the Product arriving to you damaged or defective, and (iv) such other relevant information as we may request or require. Unless and until you confirm or provide all of this information, your refund may not be processed or applied.
Refunds will be applied on the original form of payment.
Any products purchased on or through third-party websites, including those to which our site may direct you, are not eligible for refund by us. If you decide to access or purchase any product on or through any third-party website, you do so entirely at your own risk.
