Subscription Cancellation Policy

We may offer subscriptions for the provision of our products and/or services (“Products”) through this site (each, a “Subscription”). Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your Subscription from there. You may cancel your Subscription at any time either through your Journa Health account or by emailing us at info@journahealth.com.

To cancel your subscription through your Journa Account:

1. Log in to your Journa Account.
2. Click or navigate to Manage subscriptions.
3. Click the active subscription or arrow by the active subscription that you would like to cancel.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel subscription (located under Save changes) and follow the prompts. You’ll receive an email confirmation after cancellation.
Note: Canceling your subscription will not cancel any orders that have already been processed

If you choose to cancel your Subscription in accordance with the foregoing, your Subscription will terminate automatically at the end of the then-current Subscription period and we will not charge your payment card or payment provider for future Subscription periods thereafter.
